Known for her compassionate leadership and creative vision, Liz brings a powerful blend of industry insight and artistic perspective to support the Brands in Blooms mission: helping garden centers thrive by connecting with the next generation of gardeners.
Currently the Marketing Director at Mahoney’s Garden Centers in the Greater Boston area, Liz is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences. She previously spent nine years at Rockledge Gardens in Florida, where she played a key role in shaping the garden center’s growth and culture. Before stepping into horticulture, Liz spent 15 years in the performing arts, holding multiple degrees in theatre. That creative background continues to inform her approach—solving challenges with imagination, leading with empathy, and inspiring those around her.
